Full job description

Season Dates: Current-6/1/27

Assignment Details: This position will work after school at the ArtsCenter or other Theater Programming sites to provide student supports and supervision. Schedule and Days of the week To Be Determined 5-10 hours per week, including some weekends for rehearsals and performances

Compensation: $22.00 per hour Click here Policy #431 Not medical or dental benefit eligible.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision may involve one on one student supports.
  2. Workers entail but not limited to supporting students and staff in positions at Minnetonka theater activities.
  3. Responsible for all matters pertaining to the theater and district organization.
  4. Provide a positive environment for participants and provide site management.
  5. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Has knowledge and background in the assigned activity.
  2. Understanding of and agreement with the Minnetonka Public School District's Student Activity and Athletic Code.
  3. Evidence of the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, parents, community members and students.
  5. Ability to receive work direction.
  6. Strong work ethic and dedication.
  7. Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
