Electrical Test Technician

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Rate: $36.48/hour

Schedule: Onsite Position

We are hiring Electrical Test Technicians to support a leading R&D and engineering team in Arden Hills, MN. This temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with electronics testing, laboratory, manufacturing, or engineering technician experience who enjoy hands-on work with electrical test equipment and data collection.

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical testing using established procedures, work instructions, and test protocols.

Set up test fixtures, prototypes, and laboratory equipment.

Operate and troubleshoot electrical testing equipment, including:

DC and AC power supplies

Power analyzers

Digital multimeters (DMMs)

Oscilloscopes

Function/signal generators

Electronic loads

Data acquisition systems

Accurately collect, record, and document test results.

Identify and communicate test issues, equipment concerns, and unexpected findings.

Support engineers with testing activities, troubleshooting, and project schedules.

Maintain an organized, safe laboratory environment and follow all safety requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of experience as an Electronic Technician, Electrical Technician, Test Technician, or similar role.

Hands-on experience operating electrical test and measurement equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.

Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field preferred.

Medical device, laboratory, or R&D testing experience is a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
