KPM is looking to hire a skilled Paint & Resurface Technician to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic quality of our residential properties through professional painting and resurfacing work.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks.

Apply paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Resurface countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces as needed.

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Assist with property turnovers by providing paint and resurfacing services.

Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to schedule and complete work efficiently.

Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks.
Requirements

Prior experience in painting and resurfacing preferred.

Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.

Ability to prepare surfaces and perform high-quality paint application.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
