Position Summary...

Want to use your people leadership and strategic mindset to elevate the associate experience in a high-velocity fulfillment center environment? The Human Resources Office Manager is a key HR leadership role that combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic business partnership to strengthen our people processes and drive organizational success. In this role, you'll leverage workforce data to identify trends, influence business decisions, and develop meaningful strategies that strengthen associate engagement, retention, and performance.

What you'll do...

As a trusted advisor and culture champion within the fulfillment center, you'll play an important role in shaping the associate experience and reinforcing our customer-first mindset. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you'll partner with business leaders to execute talent initiatives, provide associate support, and align workforce planning strategies with operational needs.

What You'll Do...

  • Lead HR operations – Oversee daily HR office functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent execution of onboarding, attendance management, associate support, and compliance processes.

  • Partner with business leaders – Collaborate with operational leadership to align workforce planning, staffing strategies, and associate engagement initiatives with business priorities.

  • Drive data-informed decisions – Analyze key workforce metrics, including turnover, retention, attendance, and engagement, to identify trends, implement solutions, and drive measurable improvements.

  • Coach and develop leaders – Guide frontline and salaried leaders on performance management, policy interpretation, associate relations, and talent development to enhance leadership effectiveness.

  • Champion associate relations and compliance – Lead workplace investigations and conflict resolution efforts while ensuring adherence to employment laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline – Support recruitment, hiring, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build organizational capabilities and drive long-term success.

  • Leveraging partnerships and tools – Build internal and external partnerships, maximize available resources, and develop creative solutions to address business needs.

  • Driving workforce planning – Anticipate staffing and talent needs, collaborate with operational leaders, and develop proactive strategies that support workforce readiness and long-term success.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing human resource processes OR 1 year's Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
