Job Description:

Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, data modeling, workflow automation, and integration of best practices.

ServiceNow platform administration, configuration management, and application lifecycle best practices.

Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architecture and implementation methodologies.

Workflow design, business rules, catalog management, and process automation techniques.

Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade planning, release management, and platform maintenance activities.

Proficient knowledge of CMDB data governance, asset management, and service mapping practices.
