How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The DMS Operation Specialist will help provide oversight & coordinate inventory analytics and projects.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-
Performextensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports.
-
Provideoversight and guidance to inventory projects
-
Maintainingand improving the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventorystatistics
-
Creatingand maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managinginventory.

ProvideSAP Training to support teams, and provide assistance with transactions
-
TroubleshootSAP errors and perform system transactions.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
-
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, andpersonal data.

Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in theUnited States.

Minimumof 3-5 years relevant professional working experience
-
Bachelor’sdegree preferred in Materials Management, Inventory Management, Supply ChainManagement, or related field
-
Goodcomputer skills.

Experiencewith databases and spreadsheets.
-
Excellentattention to detail, maths, and multi-tasking skills.
-
Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal & written.
-
Priorexperience with MS Office , SAP, or other ERP knowledge.

Stronganalytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
