Warehouse Performance Lead

SIMOS is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Production Lead. Must have 1 year of Warehouse Team Lead experience. This position requires maturity, strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and the ability to motivate others. In this role, you will be a working lead and must be able to be hands-on with the team and able to stand/ walk for long periods. Must have experience in a production warehouse environment, coaching and training on unloading inbound containers. May lift up to 50 pounds throughout your work shift. • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with overtime required, including Saturdays

Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour

Duties:

• Bilingual preferred

• Must be self-motivated

• Must be able to lead by example

• Strong communication

• Must have one year of warehouse lead experience

• Requires physical movement to various locations inside the warehouse

• Able to use an RF scanner

• Must be experienced with a stand-up forklift

• Requires some computer skills (daily reporting)

• Microsoft Excel

• Overtime is required

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.50 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
