Account Executive - Medical Device Testing
Join TUV SUD and help medical device manufacturers bring safe, compliant, and innovative products to market. In this client-facing sales role, you will drive new business growth, build strategic relationships, and collaborate with technical experts to deliver tailored testing and regulatory solutions.
Your Tasks
Identify and develop new business opportunities with medical device manufacturers, suppliers, and innovators.
Build and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and align opportunities with appropriate testing and compliance solutions.
Partner with Solutions Engineers to develop proposals, technical presentations, and value-driven solutions.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business opportunities.
Work closely with Project Managers to support successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Represent TUV SUD at industry events, conferences, and networking activities while monitoring market and regulatory trends.
Your Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within medical devices, regulated industries, or technical services.
Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.

Additional Information
The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $110,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
Location: United States.
This role follows a team-selling model that combines commercial strategy with technical expertise.
Travel up to 50% is expected.
