Account Manager- Inside SalesLocation: Position to be based in Amherst, NY

The salary range for this position starts at $52k-64k annually, with additional incentives depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.

Join our dynamic and collaborative Inside Sales team in the dental industry as a Corporate Account Manager, where you'll take a strategic, consultative approach to selling and own the sales cycle from lead generation to close. In this role, you will proactively engage with dental laboratories within an assigned territory to create new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. Your efforts will be essential in supporting our Technical Sales.

We’re looking for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships, identifying solutions, and growing market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact dental laboratories to generate new business opportunities and secure long-term customer relationships.

  • Own the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects and nurturing leads to closing deals and expanding accounts.

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach, aligning customer needs with Ivoclar’s portfolio of laboratory solutions.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent pipeline management and strategic outreach.

  • Collaborate closely with field-based sales counterparts to align territory strategy and avoid duplication of efforts.

  • Effectively utilize Salesforce to manage call lists, document activities, track opportunities, and schedule follow-ups.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, and product developments to position yourself as a trusted advisor.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree desired.

  • Minimum two-plus years in a proactive inside/outside sales capacity where sales growth & margin contribution was critical.

  • High degree of confidence, and a positive, team-player attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal, organization, planning, communication, and value-based, consultative selling skills.

  • Professional effective telephone techniques and customer service skills.

  • Specific language requirements may be required for certain positions.

  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and contact management software.
