The scope includes information architecture, multi-agent workflows, cross-device continuity, human-in-the-loop controls, and quality systems. We are looking for a designer who can make sense of ambiguous problems, build working prototypes, and guide several teams without relying on formal authority.

  3. Define how experiences adapt to each device while maintaining continuity as people move between them

  4. Identify high-value user problems under ambiguity, using research, product data, and technical insight to frame bets and shape roadmaps

  5. Build high-fidelity prototypes, including code-based prototypes, to test interaction models, expose technical constraints, and help teams make decisions

  6. Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, research, content design, and design to resolve tradeoffs and agree on the quality bar

  7. Lead design across multiple workstreams without formal authority, connecting individual product decisions into a cohesive platform experience

  8. Create reusable principles, patterns, systems, and evaluation methods that help teams produce better agent experiences

  9. Carry concepts through implementation and launch, refining the product based on user evidence, technical learning, and product outcomes

  10. Improve the craft of the broader team through direct critique, mentorship, and clear standards for shipped work

  11. Explain complex product and technical ideas clearly to executives and broad cross-functional audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  2. Experience setting product direction for complex, ambiguous products across multiple teams or organizations

  3. Track record of shipping products or systems with measurable impact

  4. Experience designing agentic, developer, productivity, platform, or other technically complex products

  5. Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes to explore, communicate, and validate product direction

  6. Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional partners without direct authority

  7. Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design craft, and shipped product outcomes

  8. Experience mentoring senior designers and improving quality across a design organization

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience championing AI-assisted design tools or other emerging technologies to improve the quality and expand the scope of design work across an organization

  2. Track record of using rapid, high-fidelity, or code-based prototypes to accelerate high-priority product decisions, resolve technical questions, and demonstrate design vision at scale

  3. Experience designing and influencing product experiences at deeper technical layers beyond the user interface, including systems design, interaction frameworks, platform architecture, or shared design patterns

  4. Experience designing agentic products, multi-agent systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, or tools that help people direct and oversee autonomous work

  5. Experience defining information architecture and interaction models for complex knowledge, collaboration, or productivity products, including continuity across devices

  6. Demonstrated ability to lead design through major platform transitions or product category expansions across mobile, desktop, web, augmented reality, spatial computing, or other new device categories
