Orangetheory Fitness Gainesville is looking for an energetic, motivating, and passionate Coach to join our team!

As an Orangetheory Coach, you’ll lead high-energy, science-backed group fitness classes while creating an environment where every member feels challenged, supported, and successful. You’ll be responsible for more than delivering a great workout—you’ll help build relationships, motivate members, and contribute to the positive culture of our studio.

What You'll Do

  • Lead engaging Orangetheory Fitness classes following the provided workout template

  • Coach members through cardio, strength, and endurance exercises while providing modifications when needed

  • Create an energetic, welcoming, and inclusive class environment

  • Build genuine relationships with members and learn their goals and fitness journeys

  • Motivate members and provide individual attention throughout class

  • Monitor member form, safety, and heart-rate performance

  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout every class

  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support studio events and initiatives

  • Help create an exceptional member experience both inside and outside the studio

What We're Looking For

  • Certified personal trainer or group fitness certification from an approved organization

  • CPR/AED certification

  • Previous coaching or group fitness experience preferred, but not required

  • High-energy, outgoing personality

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Passion for fitness and helping others

  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

  • Comfortable coaching a wide range of fitness levels

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
