Job Summary:

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Occupation and Employee Health Services.

Position provides cares to companies in our service area, as well as servicing the health needs of our own ProMedica employees.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule- Monday through Friday, 8:00a-4:30p

  • No holiday, weekend, or on-call coverage required

  • Location coverage includes Monroe, Toledo and Fremont

  • Join a team of two Physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers

  • Volume- 12-15 patients/day

  • Outpatient/Ambulatory Services provided

  • Urgent Care and/or Emergency Care experience highly preferred

Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who has completed advanced education and clinical training beyond their initial registered nurse (RN) preparation. They play a vital role across ProMedica by providing a wide range of healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, long term disease management, and promoting health and wellness. NPs can work in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, urgent care, long term care facilities, and private practices, and may specialize in areas like family medicine, pediatrics, or geriatrics. Requirements:

  • Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.

  • State licensure(s) required in the state(s) where the Nurse Practitioner will work.

  • Certificate of Authority to practice.

  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification and certification(s) applicable to your role.
