Lead Quality Excellence in a High-Volume Manufacturing Environment as a Production Workers!

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Production Workers to lead manufacturing quality execution within a fast-paced production environment. This position will oversee quality auditors, inspectors, and technicians while driving improvements in product quality, process capability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a quality leader with strong experience in manufacturing quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop quality team members.

• Manage daily quality operations, containment actions, and escalations.

• Oversee NCR, MRB, MDR, CAPA, and nonconforming material processes.

• Conduct root cause investigations using 8D, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto analysis.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.

• Monitor and improve quality metrics including FPY, COPQ, customer escapes, scrap, rework, and audit findings.

• Support audits, corrective actions, new product introductions, and process changes.

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Materials, and Customer Quality teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.

• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.

• 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, lead auditor, or team lead experience.

• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and inspection processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing quality experience.

• Experience in HVAC, automotive, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing.

• ISO 9001 knowledge.

• Experience with NCR, MRB, CAPA, and containment processes.

• SAP, MES/ATOM, or Power BI experience.

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.

• Experience leading audits, product launches, and customer issue resolution.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
