Full job description

GTM Engineer

Delight.ai is the AI concierge for customer experience. Most AI agents forget you the moment the conversation ends. Ours doesn't. Delight.ai builds memory over time, learns preferences, and connects context across every channel, chat, SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp, without losing the thread. We're building AI that makes customers feel understood, seen, and remembered. We are the omnichannel AI agent platform enterprises choose to elevate customer experience. Trusted by 4,000+ of the world’s most popular apps—including industry leaders like Match Group, Rakuten, Yahoo, and Coupang—Sendbird powers over 7 billion conversations every month.

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to help realize Sendbird's vision of connecting businesses and individuals and empowering them to achieve more than ever before. As the Sales Operations Manager on the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the systems, processes, and data behind our go-to-market motion, while driving global cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product. You will report to the Head of Revenue Operations. Revenue Operations consists of Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Data Insights. We ensure full-funnel accountability by aligning processes, platforms, and people.

This role requires 3+ days per week in the San Mateo, California, office.

Who You Are

  • You have successfully improved internal sales operations, positively impacting the information GTM teams use to drive revenue.

  • You are comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders and driving consensus on processes across the GTM functions. You absorb large amounts of information, distill it to the essentials, and communicate with stakeholders up, down, and across.

  • You have experience implementing AI solutions and turn to AI first when approaching your work. You can "AI pill" our GTM processes.

  • You have excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. You bring order and resolve to a fast-paced environment, juggle several projects concurrently, and shift priorities as needed.

  • You are a driver, not a passenger: you operate autonomously, take charge, get it done, and have demonstrated this repeatedly.

  • You stay calm and collected, approaching problems with a forward-thinking mindset.

  • You pay close attention to detail and have successfully delivered on complex projects which improved business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with our field leaders and their team members to:

•

  • Improve our processes and methodology.

  • Build scalable workflows and rules of engagement within and across teams.

  • Provide reports, dashboards, and data insights critical to understanding performance.

  • Structure variable compensation plans to correctly incentivize the right motions and playbooks.

  • You will have responsibility for Salesforce, LeanData, and Gainsight, including the design and deployment of solutions, process documentation, and enablement.

  • You will work effectively with AI technologies such as Claude and Vercel.

  • You will create solutions that utilize our tech stack to the optimal solution, including how systems work together.

  • Procure, implement, and administer other GTM systems as needed by the business.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in Sales Operations.

  • 3+ years at a B2B AI/SaaS growth company.

  • Active Salesforce Administration certification required; LeanData or Gainsight certification a plus.

  • Demonstrated domain expertise in the GTM tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, RingLead/ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, Gong, etc).

  • Hands-on and detailed understanding of playbooks for B2B AI/SaaS.

  • Experience working in a Google Workspace environment

  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of interacting effectively with senior leadership, solving problems proactively, and thinking critically.

  • Bachelor's Degree required; a STEM degree is a plus, as is an advanced degree or MBA.

What we offer

We take care of the people who build the future. Here's some of what you can expect when you join delight.ai:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, on us. delight.ai covers 100% of the premium for our employees and roughly 80% for their dependents.

  • Generous time off. 20 days PTO, 13 company holidays, 7 sick days, 2 rest & rejuvenation days, 1 volunteer day, and your birthday off.

  • $3,500 annual "Be Your Best Self" boost. Spend it on anything that helps you grow. Gym memberships, therapy, books, courses, massages, and more.

  • Parental leave for all new parents. Time to be present for the moments that matter most.

  • 401(k) from day one. Auto-enrollment, flexible contributions, and access to Vanguard's investment platform.

  • HSA & FSA options. Pre-tax accounts to cover healthcare, dependent care, and commuter expenses.

  • Life & disability coverage, fully paid. Life insurance and AD&D at 2x your salary, plus short- and long-term disability at no cost to you.

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Pay Transparency

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.

Flexible Work Policy

We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees within a reasonable commute of their local office (50 mile radius) to gather with their team in the office at least three days per week. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule. Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.

What diversity and inclusion mean to us

There is no such thing as a perfect candidate, and the best employees come from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets. Sendbird is a place where everyone can learn and grow. We respect, promote, and encourage diversity for equal employment opportunities, and encourage you to apply if this role excites you.
