Job Description
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Pendotech,a Strategic Business Unit within Mettler-Toledo Process Analytics, is a provider of single-use sensing and process monitoring solutions for bioprocessing and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The Marketing Graphic Design Intern supports the marketing team by creating professional visual content for digital and print channels. This role focuses on graphic design, PDF and collateral development, infographics, social media assets, posters, and short-form video content while assisting with broader marketing initiatives as needed.
Create and format professional PDF documents, application notes, brochures, data sheets,and marketing collateral.
Design engaging infographics that communicate technical and business concepts clearly.
Develop graphics and visual assets for LinkedIn, email campaigns, website content, and other social media channels.
Create short promotional and educational videos, GIFs, animations, and video snippets for digital marketing campaigns.
Design posters, banners, trade show signage, and event-related marketing materials.
Ensure visual consistency with company branding guidelines across all marketing assets.
Collaborate with product managers and marketing team members to transform technical information into compelling visual content.
Edit images, diagrams, and illustrations for use in digital and print applications.
Assist with website graphics and visual content updates.
Support trade show, event, and product launch marketing activities.
Maintain organized design files and marketing asset libraries.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
Experience with tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop preferred.
Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design software.
Ability to create visually appealing layouts for both digital and print media.
Basic video editing and animation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing graphic design, digital content, or creative projects preferred.
