About Closet Factory For more than 40 years, Closet Factory has helped homeowners transform their closets, pantries, garages, home offices, and other spaces with beautiful, custom-designed organization systems. We partner with major retailers to introduce shoppers to our complimentary in-home design service. The Opportunity Closet Factory of Kentucky is seeking a friendly, outgoing Retail Appointment Setter to represent our company at retail partner locations throughout the Louisville Metro Area. You will engage with shoppers, introduce them to our custom organization solutions, and schedule complimentary in-home design consultations with our professional design team. This is not a high-pressure sales or closing position. Your goal is to start genuine conversations, create interest, collect accurate contact information, and schedule qualified appointments. Pay and Schedule * $15–$18 per hour, based on experience * Bonuses for qualified appointments * Paid training * Approximately 20–30 hours per week * Schedule provided two weeks in advance * Weekend and peak retail-hour availability required * Shifts take place at retail partner locations throughout the Louisville Metro Area Key Responsibilities * Proactively greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, professional manner * Introduce customers to Closet Factory’s custom organization solutions * Ask simple questions to identify interested homeowners * Explain our complimentary in-home design consultation * Collect accurate customer contact information * Schedule qualified appointments for our design team * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming display area * Track and report customer interactions and appointment activity * Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and enthusiasm * Communicate effectively with the local sales and design teams What We’re Looking For * Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching new people * Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills * Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated * Professional appearance and demeanor * Able to work independently and remain engaged throughout each shift * Motivated by goals and performance bonuses * Available to work weekends and peak retail hours * Valid driver’s license required * Reliable transportation to retail locations throughout the Louisville Metro Area * Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, sales, or lead-generation experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements * Ability to stand for extended periods * Ability to lift and move light promotional materials, brochures, and samples What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay * Bonuses for qualified appointments * Paid training and ongoing support * Part-time hours * Schedule provided two weeks in advance * Opportunities to grow within the company * The support of an established local company and nationally recognized brand If you enjoy meeting new people and know how to turn a friendly conversation into genuine interest, we’d love to meet you.
