Full job description
Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager , you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting healthcare facility operations, engineering, maintenance, and regulatory compliance programs . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing budgets and personnel, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Southlake, TX
Pay Range: $50 to $53/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite)
What's the Job?

Lead and supervise plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

Manage facility budgets, financial performance, KPIs, and SLA-driven operational objectives.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, Life Safety Code requirements, and facility maintenance standards.

Oversee vendor performance, maintenance programs, CMMS activities, and facility-related projects.

Support staff development, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
What's Needed?
-
Minimum 5+ years of facilities management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance leadership experience.

Previous managerial experience with budget ownership and personnel management responsibilities.

Experience with regulatory compliance, facility maintenance programs, and vendor management.

Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
