  • Build core scientific platforms, disease-state education materials, and standard medical response documents working closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Research, and Legal to develop a consistent, compliant scientific narrative

  • Serve as internal medical-scientific expert, providing scientific interpretation of data (clinical trials, real-world evidence, published literature) and translating insights into actionable medical strategy

  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with the medical community by driving scientific exchange with thought leaders, investigators, steering committees, and medical societies.

  • Design and lead scientific advisory boards to gather insights on clinical trial designs, patient selection criteria, target product profile and lifecycle planning

  • Partner with Clinical Operations and Clinical Development to provide input in design and execution of clinical trial programs and facilitate enrollment of company sponsored clinical trials

  • Engage with patient advocacy organizations to build trust and awareness within the community

  • Direct external medical communication agencies, manage operational budgets, and mentor internal team members
