Full job description

Browser Use is six people at an eight-figure annualized run rate. Our open-source project has 110K+ GitHub stars. Customer demand is growing faster than we can keep up. I need an engineer who can act as an extension of me. A customer messages you with a problem. You talk to them, understand what is actually broken, open the code, fix it, and ship. Sometimes the answer is a feature. Sometimes it is an integration, a bug fix, better docs, or changing the product itself. You do not forward the problem. You own it until the customer is unblocked. There is no narrow scope. You need to learn the whole product, move between customers and code, and figure out which fire matters most. The most important quality is learning speed. You should absorb context insanely fast, use agents aggressively, and become obsessed with the product. I want someone who loves finding the most important problem, locking the fuck in, and working until it is solved. How we work We are not trying to build a nice little company. We want to build one of the biggest companies in the world. That is obviously delusional. Every enormous ambition is delusional until it works. We play to win. We move fast, keep things simple, and tell each other the truth. The company is a championship team, not a family. We care deeply about each other and hold extremely high standards. We push each other to improve. The mission comes first. You should apply if

  • You are an excellent engineer who is also good with customers.

  • You learn faster than almost everyone around you.

  • You act without waiting for perfect requirements.

  • You want broad ownership and constantly changing problems.

  • You want to work extremely hard and be obsessed with us in person in San Francisco.

Do not apply if you want remote work, predictable hours, a narrow role, or a comfortable pace. Send the best thing you have built and one hard problem you owned from start to finish.
