Pay or shift range: $59,000 USD to $62,400 USD

Director of Dietary ServicesRoscoe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Roscoe, NYFull-Time | $59,000 – $62,400/year
Roscoe Nursing & Rehab, part of the Living Legends Health family, is seeking a Director of Dietary Services to lead our team and elevate the dining experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily dietary operations and staff

Ensure compliance with NYSDOH/CMS and food safety standards

Manage menus, food quality, and resident satisfaction

Collaborate with clinical teams on nutrition and care plans
Qualifications:

Dietary/food service management experience (healthcare preferred)

Knowledge of LTC regulations

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
CDM preferred
