Director of Dietary ServicesRoscoe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Roscoe, NYFull-Time | $59,000 – $62,400/year

Roscoe Nursing & Rehab, part of the Living Legends Health family, is seeking a Director of Dietary Services to lead our team and elevate the dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily dietary operations and staff

  • Ensure compliance with NYSDOH/CMS and food safety standards

  • Manage menus, food quality, and resident satisfaction

  • Collaborate with clinical teams on nutrition and care plans

Qualifications:

  • Dietary/food service management experience (healthcare preferred)

  • Knowledge of LTC regulations

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • CDM preferred
