In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you will help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. BAE Systems is seeking an experienced IVV Systems Engineer to support their C4ISR business area in Hudson, NH. In this position you would:

Provide Integration, Verification and Validation (IVV) support
-
Provide tasking in the development of requirements, design, integration and fielding of SIGINT capabilities
-
Utilize digital engineering and model-based systems engineering.

Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations internally and for customer meetings
-
Perform system integration and the development of test plans and procedures

Perform Data Analysis

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible to acquire additional SCI and SAP/SAR clearance in the future.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science with a minimum work experience of 8 years
-
Experience with Systems Engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
-
Ability to integrate software and troubleshoot issues for characterization
-
Experience with RF and RF/software test environments
-
Able to evaluate root cause and timely decision making
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
-
Active TS/SCI security clearance
-
Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
-
Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
-
Ability to integrate software and knowledge of Linux containers
-
RF, Radar, Electronic Warfare, SIGINT or Software Defined Radio experience
-
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence
-
Hands-on experience with RF/SIGINT systems IVV and lab setups
-
Experience with Agile development
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
