In this role, you help ensure residents receive timely care, clear communication, and essential support. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position plays a key role in supporting the medical needs of residents through hands-on nursing care and detailed coordination of clinical services. The work helps maintain safe, accurate, and consistent healthcare across the facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties: 1. Medication Management: Prepare medications, follow provider orders, and maintain accurate storage and records 2. Resident Care: Monitor health needs, schedule evaluations, and ensure timely follow-up of medical concerns 3. Communication Duties: Share essential medical information with staff, providers, and the next shift for consistent care 4. Record Keeping: Maintain organized medical files, manage reports, and oversee required documentation 5. Health Education: Provide guidance on wellness topics and support residents in understanding their medical needs 6. Care Coordination: Arrange appointments, manage immunization schedules, and assist with transportation as needed Work Schedule and Additional Information: 1. Full-time employment 2. Work hours: Work schedule consists of shift work in a 24/7 operation to include day, evening and holiday rotation: 3. 10 working days in 14 day period 4. 8-hour shifts with a half-hour duty-free lunch.
