  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic assessments and deliver fact-based recommendations on growth, profitability, portfolio optimization, and value creation opportunities

  • Partner with business, product, and segment leaders to develop solution and segment strategies, including market prioritization, customer segmentation, competitive differentiation, and investment recommendations

  • Assess business portfolio performance and identify opportunities to optimize investment priorities

  • Drive development of Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team materials, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on key business issues

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends to provide actionable strategic insights

  • Develop rigorous, fact-based quantitative analyses and sophisticated financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities, business performance, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment decisions

  • Support M&A, partnerships, and investment activities through strategic assessments, commercial diligence, market analysis, valuation support, and synergy evaluation

  • Drive strategic initiatives from ideation through execution, helping ensure alignment against enterprise priorities and value creation objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm

  • Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuation, corporate development, or a related financial discipline preferred

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex strategic analyses and influencing executive decision-making

  • Experience developing and evaluating corporate, solution, and segment-level growth strategies, including market assessment, competitive positioning, customer segmentation, and investment prioritization

  • Strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, business case development, valuation, market analysis, and investment evaluation

  • Experience supporting M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, or capital allocation decisions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to senior executives

  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills
