Hammond, LA, USA | Base + Commission | 52000-200000 per year | Full Time
Town and County Homes of Hammond is looking for professional, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments in that area. You do not need to have sales experience but if you do, and find you are not being compensated for your long workdays, apply here! We value our team and reward our team members for their hard work. Job responsibilities:

Meeting sales and marketing goals

Excellent customer service skills

Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business

Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process

Working & communicating effectively with team and customers

Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation

Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
Candidates must possess:
