AI Business Analyst/Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst/Consultant. This opportunity centers on turning business challenges into practical AI solutions within a Microsoft-based environment, with a strong emphasis on hands-on delivery and stakeholder partnership. The role offers the chance to help advance a broad pipeline of initiatives by shaping concepts, building usable tools, and supporting successful adoption across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with department leaders and end users to identify opportunities, clarify objectives, and define solution requirements for AI initiatives.

• Convert operational and finance-related business needs into workable solution designs, proof of concepts, and scalable implementation plans.

• Create, configure, test, and launch AI-powered tools, prompts, workflows, and digital assistants using Microsoft-centered technologies.

• Work closely with internal AI team members to improve solution quality, prepare deployments, and move projects into production use.

• Manage multiple initiatives from early discovery through release while maintaining momentum across a growing project pipeline.

• Support rollout activities by guiding users, explaining functionality, and encouraging adoption of newly delivered tools.

• Recommend priorities across competing requests by evaluating business impact, feasibility, and readiness for execution.

• Contribute to workflow automation efforts using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate where appropriate.

Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, AI consulting, or solution delivery in enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated success building and implementing AI-driven solutions for real-world business use cases.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, prompt design, AI agents, or comparable AI platforms and tools.

• Strong ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into functional technical solutions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft-based business technologies such as Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Excel, or related platforms.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

• Proven ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and deliver end-to-end solutions in a contract setting.

• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms is valued. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
