Job Description
Sourcing and purchasing hydraulic parts to support the shop operations
Providing customers with quotes and expected repair times
Assisting in the scheduling and coordination of repair jobs
Assist the inside and outside sales teams as needed
Parts delivery or pickup
Qualifications
2+ years customer service experience
Fluid Power/Hydraulics product knowledge a plus
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills, multi-tasking, prioritizing
High school diploma or equivalent
Purchasing and/or service writing for hydraulic shop / service department a plus
