About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an RN at Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our short-term rehabilitation and long-term guests. Your expertise and attention to detail will help ensure that our guests receive the best possible care and treatment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term guests, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care

Monitor and document patient progress and development

Communicate with guests and their families to ensure they are informed and involved in the care process

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

A current RN license in the state of Ohio
