We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an RN at Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our short-term rehabilitation and long-term guests. Your expertise and attention to detail will help ensure that our guests receive the best possible care and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term guests, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care

  • Monitor and document patient progress and development

  • Communicate with guests and their families to ensure they are informed and involved in the care process

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes
