Medical Assistant - Boulder Valley Pulmonology Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $20.76 - $31.15 an hour - Full-Time Days, 40 hours per week Boulder Community Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for Boulder Valley Pulmonology, where you will serve as a dedicated patient caregiver. Our team of board-certified pulmonologists provides personalized, cutting-edge care for asthma, COPD, sleep apnea, lung disease, and other pulmonary conditions. Responsibilities • Takes patient histories, vital signs and thoroughly documents in patient chart. • Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments, including sterilization. • Assists physicians in preparing for minor surgeries and physicals. • Assists with scheduling of tests and treatments. • Performs selected nursing and administrative duties. • Performs venipunctures and fingerstick phlebotomy, throat cultures, urinalysis, EKG’s, and other laboratory procedures as directed About Boulder Community Health and Boulder, Colorado Boulder Community Health (BCH) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Boulder, Colorado.
