Operate, clean, and sanitize industrial dish machines, three-compartment sinks, and other heavy-duty equipment in compliance with FDA Food Code and HACCP standards. Use industrial-strength chemicals, cleaning supplies, and equipment safely and effectively, following all instructions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of proper handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization across all assigned areas—including production zones, dish rooms, storage areas, and loading docks—ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. Unload, inspect, and store food production stock orders; manage trash and recycling removal efficiently, ensuring proper sorting and secure handling. Communicate equipment or process issues promptly to supervisors, support team productivity, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives. • 2+ sanitation and/or food service [Required]

Additional Information:

• Food Safety Handler Certificate preferred or as required by state

Licenses and Certifications:

• Food Handler Certificate (FHC) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$15.45 - $24.73 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
