About the Role Blitzy is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to help build and scale our paid acquisition engine. In this role, you’ll own campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other digital channels, using analytics, experimentation, and AI to reach the right audiences, move prospects through the funnel, and continuously improve performance. You’ll work closely with Blitzy’s leadership team to build on our existing foundation, move quickly and have a meaningful impact on how we reach and engage the market as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own Blitzy’s paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other digital advertising channels, building and optimizing campaigns to reach high-value audiences and drive growth.

  • Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engage prospective buyers, and move qualified audiences through the buying journey without prematurely eliminating potential opportunities.

  • Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, conversion data, and funnel metrics using tools like PostHog and BigQuery to understand what is working, identify opportunities, and make data-backed decisions.

  • Experiment with targeting, messaging, creative, and channel strategies, rapidly testing and iterating on campaigns to improve performance and maximize return on advertising spend.

  • Manage paid media budgets and channel investment, making informed decisions on where to allocate spend based on campaign performance, audience engagement, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Blitzy's leadership and cross-functional teams to align performance marketing initiatives with broader go-to-market priorities and continuously improve our growth motion.

  • Leverage AI, automation, and tools like Claude Code to streamline campaign execution, uncover insights, build efficient workflows, and scale marketing operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid acquisition, or digital advertising, preferably within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is equally valued.

  • Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience managing significant paid media budgets, making strategic investment decisions, and optimizing campaigns against performance goals.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, measure performance, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as PostHog, BigQuery, Excel, or Google Sheets.

  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, audience segmentation, demand generation, and paid acquisition strategies.

  • Ability to move quickly, experiment, and continuously iterate on campaigns based on real-time performance and changing business priorities.

  • Experience using AI tools, particularly Claude Code, to improve workflows, automate processes, analyze data, and increase execution speed.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.
