  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to independently identify opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and drive solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect media performance to revenue, profitability, and broader business outcomes.

  • Advanced attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets, performance metrics, and competing priorities.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative approach with proven ability to influence and partner effectively across Marketing, Analytics, Merchandising, and Pricing teams.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for testing, innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.

  • Adaptability and ability to make data-driven decisions in a rapidly changing, performance-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated success improving ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and other performance metrics through data-driven optimization.

  • Experience conducting, analyzing, and applying A/B testing results to improve campaign performance.

  • Experience with product feeds and shopping/search-based advertising programs.
