Full job description
The District expects to appoint an individual to the following position for the 2026-2027 school year: Interim Elementary Associate Principal (0.6 FTE) Job Description: Peru Central School District is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to serve as an Associate Principal with a focus on our Elementary School. The successful candidate will be student-centered, possess a deep understanding of Elementary children, and demonstrate a commitment to contributing to the administrative team. This 11-month position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development as an administrator. Requirements: New York State administrative certification is required. Experience working with Elementary Level students is highly desirable. Must be committed to student-centered learning and fostering a positive school culture. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and community stakeholders. Schedule: 3 Days/Week (0.6 FTE); schedule to be determined by the District. Compensation: $350 $400/day, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
