Full job description

Apprentice Carpenters

Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Apprentice Carpenters for commercial work in Boerne, Texas . The pay for this position is up to $16 per hour based on experience. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole.

Ultimate Apprentice Carpenter Responsibilities

  • Working with power tools (skill saw, belt sander, power drill, etc.)

  • Working with traditional hand tools (chisel, mallets, etc.)

  • Sanding timber

  • Distressing timber

  • Cutting and cleaning/squaring joinery on timber

  • Ability to effectively read plans and details

  • Physical demand level – must be able to lift to 100 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. frequently

Ultimate Minimal Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Experience in residential and commercial construction

  • Capable of using power tools with confidence

  • Carpenter, Framer, or Woodworking experience

  • Ability in problem-solving

  • Professional with a positive attitude

  • Self-motivated and confident.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
