This role is available as a remote position in America.

Digitail is the AI operating system for modern veterinary clinics. Digitail continuously improves how practices run — from client communication and scheduling to medical records, billing, and payments — so teams can focus on care, not admin. Unlike traditional PIMS that expect clinics to bend their workflows around clunky software, Digitail delivers a proven operating system designed and refined alongside veterinary teams. Digitail brings ten-plus tools into one intelligent platform, with built-in workflows and AI assistants working behind the scenes — giving growing clinics and established groups a shared system that scales with their operations, not against them.

As an Onboarding Specialist at Digitail, you'll ensure a seamless transition for our clients onto our software platform.

Your primary role will be leading the onboarding and implementation process—working closely with clients to understand their needs, configure the software to their requirements, and provide training for successful adoption. You'll be a key point of contact between our clients and Digitail's internal teams, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

What you’ll do as a Onboarding Specialist at Digitail:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and expectations during the pre-implementation phase.

  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client workflows, data structures, and implementation needs.

  • Configure Digitail to match client specifications, creating customized solutions for their unique needs.

  • Lead the onboarding process by training clients to effectively use and maximize the software's features.

  • Assist clients with data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, escalating to appropriate teams when needed.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Work with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve our product.

  • Partner with the CSM team to ensure smooth transitions between sales, onboarding, and ongoing success.

How to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or software implementation.

  • Excellent people skills—you build rapport and trust with clients naturally.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle implementation challenges head-on.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations independently.

  • Tech-savvy—you quickly adapt to new technologies and learn new systems.

  • Adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows

  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing software solutions, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.

What you can expect from Digitail:

  • Salary range of 65-85k in local currency

  • PTO + Bank holidays: local standard

  • Continuous learning and personal growth: We offer a $1,000 (USD) yearly budget for learning and growth opportunities

  • Health insurance
