Backed by Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI fund), byFounders, Partech, New Normal, and Atomico, we’re on a mission to help veterinary professionals focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. At the heart of everything we do is a deep love for pets and a profound respect for the people who care for them.

What You’ll Do Program Design & Development

  • Help build and continuously improve a comprehensive training framework for customers and internal teams.

  • Develop scalable learning paths, including live, self-paced, and hybrid formats, tailored to veterinarians, technicians, client service representatives, and managers.

  • Refine training programs based on feedback, adoption data, and new product releases.

  • Create and maintain playbooks, facilitator guides, and best practices to ensure consistent training delivery.

  • Participate in product launch projects to ensure training materials and resources are developed alongside new features and ready ahead of launch.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Lead engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for clinics.

  • Support clinic go-lives and deliver in-person training.

  • Provide hands-on guidance during go-live, helping clinic teams apply their training, navigate workflows, and build confidence using Digitail.

  • Act as a product subject matter expert, including for new feature rollouts and workflow training.

  • Adapt training to different roles, learning needs, and clinic environments.

  • Coach and mentor internal teams on facilitation techniques through train-the-trainer programs.

Enablement & Collaboration

  • Partner with Onboarding, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to coordinate training needs and go-live readiness.

  • Provide resources, facilitator tools, and repeatable frameworks to scale the team’s training capacity.

  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to ensure training reflects current capabilities and customer needs.

  • Share insights from training sessions and on-site visits to improve learning resources, workflows, and the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Veterinary industry experience, ideally within a clinic, hospital group, or veterinary software company.

  • 3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, enablement, or education, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.

  • Experience building or improving training programs that scale effectively.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn, teach, and troubleshoot software workflows.

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics engaging, practical, and clear.

  • Experience using learning management systems and data to measure training effectiveness.

  • Comfort delivering training virtually and on-site, including hands-on support in busy clinic environments.

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time for clinic go-lives and in-person training.
