What You Bring
- Initiative, urgency, persistence, and real enthusiasm for sales or the utility industry, demonstrated through your actions.
- Proven full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience and evidence of personally creating new business.
- Experience selling into energy/utilities or another highly regulated market. General LMS experience alone does not replace this requirement.
- Documented quota attainment and evidence of top-quartile performance, with the context behind your results.
- Success learning complex products and navigating multiple stakeholders and extended buying cycles.
Around five or more years of relevant selling is ideal; strong candidates with three or four years are welcome. Utility experience is especially valuable. - Fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel for conferences and industry events.
- 100% employer-paid employee medical, dental, and vision premiums; 25% of spouse/dependent premiums covered.
- 401(k) match up to 4%, immediately vested, plus employer-paid life and short- and long-term disability coverage.
