WHAT YOU'LL DO: As our Senior Project Engineer, you'll start your day collaborating with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to move critical transmission and distribution projects forward. You'll serve as the primary technical resource, reviewing complex engineering designs, performing structural analysis and pole loading calculations, and utilizing PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE to ensure project success. Throughout the day, you'll provide technical guidance to engineers and designers, mentor team members, address project challenges, and oversee project execution from concept through construction support. Whether you're ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing budgets and schedules, or helping develop innovative infrastructure solutions, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality results while helping shape the future of energy infrastructure.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're looking for a driven technical leader who combines strong engineering expertise with exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills; along with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
  • Minimum of 8 years of transmission and distribution (T&D) line design experience
  • Proficiency with PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE software
  • Experience designing overhead transmission and distribution line projects
  • Working knowledge of utility design standards including NESC, RUS, IEEE, and ASCE
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
