Full job description

The Fraud Lead Systems Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements

  • Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions

  • Extensive experience in fraud prevention, detection, and operations within a large-scale environment.

  • Demonstrated success in a management role, with a track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects.

  • Deep understanding of fraud typologies, alert processing workflows, and industry best practices.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines effectively.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Direct experience with Generative AI, machine learning, or other AI-driven projects, preferably in a financial services or technology context.

  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in systems analysis role

  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
