CREATE WHAT'S NEXT IN LOS ANGELES.

Kali Hotel & Rooftop is a brand-new Autograph Collection hotel anticipated to open in Q2 2027 —and we're looking for a creative, commercially minded hotel marketer who wants to help shape it from the ground up.

Set within the energy of Hollywood Park, Kali Hotel & Rooftop will bring together distinctive F&B;, a dynamic rooftop, wellness, design, culture and hospitality—surrounded by some of LA's biggest sports and entertainment destinations.

There is no playbook yet. You'll help create it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is more than a traditional hotel marketing role. You'll help define how Kali Hotel & Rooftop looks, sounds and feels—from pre-opening

through launch and beyond.

You'll work closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B;, Operations, Marriott and creative/PR partners to build awareness, drive demand and

establish Kali Hotel & Rooftop as a new destination in Los Angeles.

You'll also work in a highly collaborative marketing environment with key stakeholders across the Hollywood Park Campus , including Hollywood Park Group, SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and other sports, entertainment and lifestyle partners.

  • Pre-opening + launch — Build anticipation and introduce Kali Hotel & Rooftop to LA

  • Brand + creative — Bring our playful, fresh, edited, eclectic and glamorous personality to life

  • Social + digital — Lead Instagram, Facebook/Meta, content, paid social, CRM and digital campaigns

  • F&B; + rooftop — Create reasons for locals and guests to visit, return and talk about us

  • Sports + entertainment — Develop partnerships and activations across Hollywood Park, SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and LA'sbroader entertainment scene

  • PR + influencers — Create buzz and meaningful cultural connections

  • Commercial marketing — Partner with Sales and Revenue to turn great ideas into measurable business results

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...

  • Knows hotels. You understand hospitality, hotel marketing and what drives hotel business.

  • Knows LA. You have your finger on the pulse of Los Angeles—its neighborhoods, people, food, music, fashion, sports, entertainmentand culture.

  • Sees what's next. You don't just follow trends. You spot them early, anticipate where culture is going and know how to turn anemerging idea into something Kali Hotel & Rooftop can own.

  • Is creatively curious. You bring fresh ideas and aren't afraid to challenge the expected.

  • Is collaborative. You enjoy working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and know how to bring people togetheraround a shared idea.

  • Is commercially minded. You understand that great hotel marketing should create awareness, desire and ultimately revenue.

  • Can make things happen. You're equally comfortable developing the strategy, presenting the idea and getting into the details to execute it.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with hotel/hospitality marketing strongly preferred

  • Experience with lifestyle, luxury, independent or full-service hotels is a plus

  • Pre-opening, opening or major campaign experience highly valued

  • Strong Instagram and Facebook/Meta knowledge, including organic and paid social

  • Experience with F&B;, restaurants, rooftops, events or lifestyle experiences

  • Digital marketing, content, CRM/email and analytics experience

  • Ability to work with PR, creative, influencer and agency partners

  • Strong collaboration with Sales, Revenue, F&B; and Operations

  • Knowledge of the LA market and its sports, entertainment and cultural landscape

  • Marriott experience and familiarity with Marriott marketing platforms highly desirable
