The Temporary e-Time Specialist provides timekeeping support during peak operational periods. This role is responsible for supporting high-volume onboarding activities, maintaining employee and contingent worker records, coordinating schedule creation and maintenance, auditing timekeeping data, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll reporting. The e-Time Specialist works closely with Operations, Human Resources, Payroll, staffing agencies, and onsite agency representatives to ensure time & attendance data is complete, accurate, and ready for payroll processing in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour

Duties:

  • Support high-volume onboarding for hundreds of temporary associates during peak hiring periods.

  • Partner with Operations, Human Resources, and staffing agencies to support Day 1 readiness activities, ensuring employees are properly configured in workforce management systems (eTime and biometrics enrollment).

  • Create and maintain employee records within workforce management systems, ensuring accurate organizational, labor, and pay information.

  • Process new hire, transfer, termination, and organizational change transactions in accordance with established timelines.

  • Coordinate with onsite agency representatives and operations teams to resolve missing employee information, labor account assignments, and workforce system discrepancies.

  • Partner with agency representatives to collect missing punches, attendance information, labor allocations, and payroll-related data.

  • Prepare and distribute accurate and timely payroll reports for temporary staffing agencies.

  • Serve as a resource for managers and supervisors regarding timekeeping processes and workforce management procedures.

  • Identify and escalate workforce data issues that may impact payroll accuracy, employee experience, or operational readiness.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in timekeeping, payroll support, workforce administration, HR, or staffing operations preferred.

  • Experience with ADP eTime, UKG/Kronos, or similar workforce management systems preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow management tools preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Operations, HR, Payroll, and staffing agency partners.

  • Experience supporting large employee populations or high-volume hiring environments preferred.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $25.00 - $25.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
