PAY RATE: CRT PAY RATE: $29.18 - $43.77 RRT PAY RATE: $32.28 - $48.72 BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $3.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE
FULL-TIME & PART-TIME OPENINGS INCLUDES WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY ROTATION THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS, FULL-TIME ONLY (32 HOURS WEEKLY OR ABOVE)

JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for performing a variety of respiratory care procedures and functions as prescribed by a physician. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:

Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program.

Per Diem II: One year clinical experience required.
PREFERRED:
- Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
- Posses a current Illinois Respiratory Therapy license or Letter of Authority from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Note: The License examination will be taken within 60 days of graduation. Director must receive license within 90 days of graduation. Possess current ACLS certification.
