Salary Range: $61,121.97 To $63,775.02 Annually

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for eligible candidates!

A Child’s Place at Unity House is currently seeking a full-time, (pre-school setting) Speech & Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about helping young children thrive.

If you’re a fully licensed SLP who enjoys creativity, collaboration, and making a real difference, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat children from 6 weeks to 5 years old

  • Design engaging, theme-based therapy activities to support child development

  • Provide services on-site and off-site in settings including daycares, preschools, homes, and special education programs

  • Work collaboratively with therapists, teachers, and administrators to ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

  • Manage caseloads efficiently and submit reports/documentation in a timely manner

  • Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging for all children and families

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • NYS Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)

  • Pediatric internship experience preferred

  • Reliable transportation and valid NYS driver’s license

  • Strong organizational, communication, and report writing skills
