Experienced Automotive Technician

Antwerpen Automotive is looking for a dedicated and skilled Volkswagen Technician to join our team! As a VW Certified Technician, you will use your expertise to maintain and repair Volkswagen vehicles while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and service standards. * Complete Volkswagen-specific repairs such as engine, transmission, and electrical systems, as well as suspension, brakes, and exhaust systems. * Stay up-to-date with VW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls. * Perform factory-recommended maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more. * Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues. * Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle condition and repair needs. * Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. * Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair. * Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and a well-maintained work environment. Qualifications: * German vehicle experience preferred (VW Master Technician status is desired). * Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on German vehicles. * Expertise in using VW-specific diagnostic tools and equipment. * Ability to work on a wide range of Volkswagen models. * Strong knowledge of Volkswagen systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.). * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing high-quality work. * Communication skills to interact with customers and the team. * ASE certifications are a plus. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
