Key focus areas include Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical training and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment plans, and Communicate respectfully with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and third‑party payors.

Preferred (not required): Orthopedic Care, Neurologic Care, Concussion Care, and Stroke Rehabilitation.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 1828 E Florence Blvd, Suite 102 Casa Grande, AZ 85122

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Incentives: Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
