Full job description
The Law and Justice Studies Department at Rowan University is looking for adjunct professors to teach undergraduate and graduate level classes in criminal justice.
An M.A. in criminal justice, or closely related field is required. A J.D. is acceptable. Teaching experience is preferred.

Note: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. The University will not sponsor a visa for this position.
Salary:
In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, and in accordance with the current MOA, Rowan University adjuncts are provided with a minimum of $2,225 (after 9/1/2026) per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year. Courses will be assigned to instructors by College & Department on an as-needed basis.
