We are looking for a talented Warehouse Manager to join our Warehouse team!
PAY RANGE: Starting at $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
HOURS: 1st and 2nd shift available, 10 hour days, Monday-Friday, 1 rotating Saturday a month

TITLE: Warehouse Manager
LOCATION: 13930 Missouri Bottom Rd. Bridgeton, Missouri 63044
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage daily warehouse operations across multiple departments to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Lead, train, coach, and motivate associates to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.

Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Partner with leadership to support forecasting, staffing, and operational planning.
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
-
Troubleshoot operational issues including inventory discrepancies, accuracy concerns, and workflow inefficiencies.

Monitor safety practices and recommend improvements.

Track and report operational performance, metrics, and KPIs.
-
Coordinate staffing, schedules, and special projects as needed.

Promote a positive, professional workplace culture.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Previous warehouse management experience required.

Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse supervisory experience.

Forklift experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
-
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. intermittently.
-
Comfortable working in a non–climate-controlled warehouse.
