Salary Range: $16.00 To $16.00 Hourly

As the SRO Janitor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Ensure that Catholic Charities Housing Office Single Resident Occupancy buildings are in good repair at all times ensuring building safety and cleanliness.

Routine interior maintenance as scheduled to ensure that building common areas are clean, entrances are free of debris and clutter, rugs are vacuumed and shampooed, all trash is picked up, garbage is taken out and stored neatly. Kitchen and bathrooms must meet high standards for cleanliness at all times. Responsible for inspecting and cleaning common areas (lobby, kitchen, lounges, bathrooms, halls) each shift/work location as assigned.

Inspects grounds and performs tasks to maintain safe and clean grounds throughout the year.

Inventories and maintains supply of cleaning materials in a neat and organized manner

May assist in the preparation of vacant rooms for move-ins.

Performs other duties as assigned.
SRO Janitor Minimum Salary: $ 16.00/hour
SRO Janitor Maximum Salary: $ 16.00/hour
SRO Janitor Schedule: Troy-20 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Albany -15 hours per week (Fri, Sat, Sun)
SRO Janitor Location: Hiring for both Albany and Troy locations
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population

Required: NYS Driver's License
