Description

TheAssistant Residential Program Manager (ARPM)is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to house staff. He/she is responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance.

Beautiful country side: Fun Fact the property was once owned by Elizabeth Montgomery (Bewitched actress). Only a few miles away from the individual’s favorite stores, there are 8 individuals 6 ladies and 2 gentlemen fun loving age range 48-100 they all attend route six center Carmel day program, they enjoy music, dance, arts and crafts, shopping and going out for their community. There are some physical needs at the house but the people here will sure put a smile on your face.

A Bachelor degree and one year experience in the DD field is strongly preferred OR an AAS degree and two years supervisory experience in the DD field. Some supervisory experience preferred. Additional education/training in psychology, social work or related field may be substituted for experience in DD field. Must have good communication, organizational and writing skills. Ability to work effectively with others. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a vigorous AMAP course.

HOURS: 40 hours weekly - Monday & Tuesday 12p-8p, Wednesday 8a-4p, Thursday 12p-8p, Sunday 12p-8p

Starting Salary: $21.92 - $24.11 per hour plus additional shift differential as applicable

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in the DD field strongly preferred OR an AAS degree and two years’ supervisory experience in the DD field.

  • Some supervisory experience preferred.

  • Additional education/training in psychology, social work or related field may be substituted for experience in DD field.

  • Must have good communication, organizational and writing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with others.

  • Must have a clean drivers’ record and the ability to pass a vigorous AMAP course.
