Fort Drum, NY, USA | 33,000.00-39,000.00 per year | Full Time

Analyst Qualifications: Contractor personnel must demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise (SME) proficiency in the discipline they provide support to, and possess the following certifications:

Human Resources Personnel Actions Analyst shall possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management.

  • OR

  • 5+ years' experience in HR Analytics at the BDE S1 or Division G1 Level. AND

  • The Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPSS-A) - Army HR Professional Training Certification. AND

  • MS Power BI Certification.

  • Contractor Employee must have a Secret Clearance.
