Position Summary:
The department is establishing a pool of applicants to fill potential part-time temporary teaching positions.
Major Responsibilities:
A classroom based 3 credit hour course pays $4500 per class. Classes with Labs pay an additional $1,000 per lab. The department typically hires for the courses/subject areas listed below but this list is not all inclusive. Other courses/subject areas may become available within the department. Illustrative needs include: Undergraduate courses in Introduction to Computer Applications, Intermediate Computer Applications, Introduction to Website Development, Advanced Website Development, Database Management Systems, Introduction to Programming with Python, Introduction to Computer Networks, Information Security.
Required Qualifications:
Appropriate level of experience and/or Master’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Terminal degree preferred.
